"A very enjoyable stay. Efficient, welcoming & friendly staff in all areas. Delicious food in the restaurant. A very comfortable bed with quality bedding & towels. A modern bathroom with plenty of hot water. We had a delightful little private garden on the ground floor equipped with chairs & a table. The room was well equipped with power points, lamps & mirrors just where they’re needed. The village of Mickleton is very pretty, it’s situated near Hidcote Manor Gardens & the lovely Chipping...

"Friendly helpful staff in old rural hotel. A real taste of the Cotswolds. Ample parking close to hotel. Good food in pleasant bar area. Be prepared for old slightly uneven floors much in keeping with the age and style of the place. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again."

"Great stay in pleasantly/conveniently situated hotel. The leisure suite was brilliant except hot tub was only lukewarm on last day - no extra charge for this so we used 4 times on our 2 night break. Breakfast excellent and had one bar meal in hotel which was good. There is a Toby Carvery which is within easy walking distance as an alternative. Plenty of comfortable areas to sit and have free coffee around the bar/reception area."
