"Yes room spotless staff can not do anymore for you booked in on line for 2 people one dog but unfortunately the booking company didn't include my dog that we paid for but the staff were so lovely strait on it found us a dog friendly room its the 2nd time we have stayed there its lovely will go back again next Christmas 🎄 "

Not sure how accessible it is for someone who has difficulty with stairs - so maybe check with the venue if that might be a problem for you (perhaps they have ground floor rooms??). "It was a gorgeous little place. Lovely to be right in the centre of Cirencester and not have to drive anywhere. The beds were comfy and the bedding and pillows were so soft. Our breakfast the next morning was gorgeous with fresh croissants served to us, options for fruit yoghurt and cereals and a cooked breakfast to order which was delicious. We even had our own little dining room to ourselves. I would definitely go back it was a lovely stay! "
