"The suite was much larger than we expected. Host was very responsive. While the suite is located beside a main road we did not notice road noise when we were inside the unit. The caretaker on site was very helpful with sorting out a taxi service for us. There is a supermarket across the road & the center of Dominical is a 5 minute walk away."

"Note**** They are a cash business or they take Zelle (I missed that upon booking). This is a very charming, well-maintained, and secure property. We initially stayed in a cabina without air conditioning, but after the first night we upgraded to a room with A/C, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and excellent with communication throughout our visit. Our room was consistently clean, and the quality of the linens and towels was especially impressive. Amenities are minimal, so if you’re looking for features like a pool or in-room TV, this may not be the right fit. However, if you value a simple, clean environment with thoughtful, personalized service, this is a great choice. The location is very convenient: there’s a restaurant just across the parking lot, and the beach is only a 3–5 minute walk away. You’ll also find plenty of nearby restaurants, bars, and a grocery store within easy walking distance. We didn’t have a car and had no trouble accessing everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future."

"A remarkable villa where you can hear the ocean continuously throughout your stay.Key highlights: two primary suites, each with its own private bathroom. The view is spectacular and uncompromised—both from the bedrooms and from the living areas and terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped.Perfect for lounging by the pool, taking in the Pacific, and enjoying a convenient location: the beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, surfing in Dominical is a short drive, and Corcovado tours can be arranged from Uvita. It’s also great for remote work.One note: if you’re looking for a “jungle house” vibe—total seclusion with nothing but birdsong—this isn’t the place, as you can hear road noise during the day.Finally, the terrace furniture is beautiful, and the cushions seem to have been replaced recently. A small detail: the outdoor table shows some wear and isn’t quite on par with the rest.We absolutely loved this villa—we’re already planning to return next year."
