Everything about the hotel was great. Woke up to the sound of animals every morning. We were able to wake up every morning and find something to see right on the property: macaws, toucans, aricari, monkeys, parakeets etc. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. The room was clean and quiet. We will definitely be back!

This was quite possibly the most beautiful hotel resort I have ever stayed at. The staff was top notch. The food was amazing. The hot springs were a highlight of my trip!! I can't wait to go back!!

Hotel was wonderful. Odd rules at sign in of locking up all valuables… then had a staff member walk into room while sleeping (10pm). No harm and likely an honest mistake but a little unsettling. Overall the resort and staff are fantastic but the one off event left us a little on alert on day 1.
