"The property was great. We've been to many around this area so far, and this one is our favorite. There were many food options, including vegetarian options. Additionally, they had a pizza station, taco station, sushi station, crepe station, and churros station. There was also a café with desserts. The pool is huge. The hotel was very clean, and room service was available twice a day, even though we didn't request it. Upon arrival, they offered a bottle of tequila or any other type of your choice. Not sure if that was because I had a premium room. The staff was amazing - very nice, friendly, and attentive. The shows were also good, like the manic show, fire show, and Michael Jackson tribute. There were many bars with fast service if you're into drinking. The hotel is both adults and kids-friendly. The ocean had seaweed, which is no fault of the hotel. You can swim when there's a lifeguard on duty and when the water isn't too choppy. The hotel is also close to the airport, about a 15-minute drive."

"Finest Playa Mujeres. A most curious name. Finest? Indeed. One almost wishes it were not true, simply to have something meaningful to complain about. The resort stands like a shining monument to excess, draped in white linens and the faint aroma of coconut sunscreen. The rooms, sinfully comfortable. The cuisine, a relentless assault on my willpower. The service, polite, efficient, almost unsettling in its cheerfulness. One begins to wonder: what’s the catch? And then… the drinks, especially at the restaurants. Ah, yes. My solitary pebble in an otherwise pristine shoe. The attentive waitstaff, for all their charm, occasionally leave one staring into the void of an empty glass. A small cruelty, really. The sun beats down, my throat dries, and I sit, pondering the nature of thirst. Not parched enough to die, no — just enough to feel the slow tick of time. A lesson in patience, perhaps. Or sadism. Hard to say. But let us not pretend this is a true grievance. I remained upright, thoroughly sated, and even found myself, dare I say, relaxed. And that, for a man such as myself, is a rare and terrible thing. Finest Playa Mujeres lives up to its name. Against all my natural instincts, I shall return, and suffer their luxury again."
