"First we were suprise not having any balconey, never thought I had to ask for this in hotel. But there were a little cute spot outside to hangout, it was just perfect. For the price it was really good, calm and clean. It's not a 5 stars, but we didn't pay for that neither! "

"I liked everything about the Jardin hotel , a small hotel but big hospitality , every person at the desk was friendly and always with a smile . I stayed in the hotel in 2023 and again in 2024 and both times always welcomed and comfortable and when i return to cancun again in 2025 , i will stay at the Jardin hotel , as mentioned it is small so they serve breakfast or orther things like that but where they are located everything is within a short walking distance . Decent people with a good hotel...

"The property had a unique decor which liked, and the rooms were very clean. There was no microwave service available thru out the establishment or a way to warm up leftover food. My greatest disappointment was that the jacuzzi hot tub never worked my entire stay there and management just kept giving me excuses about why."

"Don't hesitate - book Pachamaya if you can. I was lucky to stay here before they were fully open, and the owners have an amazing vision for this spot. You can tell how much they care, and their staff care just as much. It's peaceful, relaxing, and well-appointed, with thoughtful extra touches. Lots of great common space, and I had a hard time leaving the pool / hot tub area. Convenient location in the historic original neighbourhood. If I'm ever back to Cancun, I'll be back to Pachamaya."

"I would stay again. I wish it were closer to the beach and I would make this my absolute go to stay. However, it is quite a walk to North Beach, which made the location less than ideal for me. Very clean property, felt safe and the view is spectacular!"
