"The front desk was completely rude very d"

"Breakfast service is individually packaged pastries, a waffle stand, and coffee. The room was clean, except I found strands of hair in the sink upon check-in. Decent sized mini-fridge and microwave. For rooms that open to the outside, there was a slight gap around the door."

"The rooms/beds were clean and decent, but the hallways were very dirty, and the elevator was hot and smelly. The rolling chair in the room was full of unknown stains."
