"I stayed at Pan Pacific Singapore for 10 days and i had an amazing experience. The staff was so professional, kind and helpful. From the moment i arrived , everyone was very attentive and friendly and wirh a smile on their face! The room was very clean and with a great view of marina bay sands! "Could this property use a spruce up? Yes (and I only say this because I have no complaints and I'm nit picking). It feels a little dated, the rooms could use a new lick of paint, updated furniture and carpet etc. However these are little insignificant things that had no impact on my trip. You don't spend all day in your hotel room when you're in Singapore. The hotel was in a perfect location, right on the doorstep of 2 MRT stations (and a short walk to a 3rd). Many food options, short walk to the national museum, 7/11s. The room was always kept very clean, they are very comfortable with a great bed. Soundproofing wasn't that bad! You couldn't hear much outside noise (even when there's live music being played at a restaurant across the road). Staff were very friendly and very helpful. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant - next time. 10/10 would recommend 10/10 would stay again. Thank you."

"Beautiful hotel in a fabulous position in Singapore.. we had a room in the south tour and upgraded to a Fairmont gold room … which included use of the gold lounge with happy hour 5.30- 7.30 free food and drinks! And a lovely breakfast. On checkout day we were able to use the lounge until we left 👍 the view from the room (2331) was simply stunning."

"Excellent service and facilities. The loft looks cool but isn’t as comfortable as their other rooms, so I wouldn’t consider it an upgrade. I’d recommend the other rooms. It’s still good though. Unfortunately, the fridge was weak. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay! Location is amazing."
