Peng (I hope I spelled it right) at the front desk, the staff who helped us with our luggage, and lastly when out Grab driver refused to take us to the airport at 5am, they were able to arrange transportation that was on site within 10 minutes. "The Fairmont Singapore is centrally located in marina bay. On our stay there we found that it was very easy to get around as it sits on top of the metro. The facilities also has a shopping mall with all of the designer brands. The staff are amazing and super helpful. The rooms are newly renovated and very modern. The beds are very comfortable and have many different pillow firmnesses on the bed to fit anyone’s needs. The room also has filtered water with a hot and cold option. When I come back to Singapore I will re book the same place as it’s ideal."
