"It was a little noisy right by the street car turn around. Easy walk to beach, half block away. About 3 blocks away ia a great place for fish and chips. Easy walk. Don't miss the Java Beach Cafe just out side the front door on the corner to the beach. Opens at 6am. Super muffins. Parking is tight but included."

"Property is clean, good location if you are planning on spending time at the beach. Great for couples that love to drink, and also single individuals. Only because there’s a tavern or bar downstairs and it gets loud and rowdy at night. Drunk people on the sidewalk ready to fight. Not great for family’s with children; it’s noisy at night because of the bar and also the rail or cable car is right in front of the hotel and it’s very loud at night; sounds like a space ship is landing lol But...

"Such a clean and charming bed and breakfast with so much character. The shared spaces are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic each and every day! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"The entire experience was wonderful; the staff and the historic decorations made us feel as if we stepped back in time. The location made it easy to move across the city and we used the complementary towncar to get to the fisherman's wharf saving us the headache and expense of parking. I will certainly recommend Queen Anne's hotel and will return in future visits to the Bay Area."
