Palazzo Dipinto
10/10 Excellent
"We loved being centrally located in the old city of Lucca. We could walk everywhere. The hotel and staff were flawless. "
"We loved our stay in Lucca, the property location was convenient and walkable to all of the sights. The suite itself was spacious, cute and quirky and decorated beautifully. Rebecca was lovely, she was very accommodating answering questions and provided us with information about the building and the town. She made us feel welcome. The room was spacious for the 4 of us, and very clean, with beds were made and towels replaced daily as well as offering complimentary espresso! Would highly recommend! "
"Met by Sonia in reception who was just so very helpful. Hotel provided us with bikes to explore the town. Such fun. Then Ricardo helped us get tickets to the Puccini concert in the San Giovanni. We loved Lucca and it was in no small part owing to the lovely people we met in the hotel and in the city.

"Had a 4 night stay here with friends as we attended a concert in town. The hotel and staff were wonderful. Every need was taken care of, and even bought more JD when we managed to empty stock. Really look forward to returning soon. "
