A beautiful hotel right outside the gates of historical Lucca. We enjoyed a walk into the city and felt safe returning back home to the hotel after a late dinner. Modern and clean rooms and lovely staff. A great breakfast.

We booked a small double room but it was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and kindly tolerated my speaking Italian. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with great coffee. And the location was great - a walk from the station and a short walk from the city walls. Thank you

I loved this place! My only regret is that I only stayed one night! The hotel itself is beautiful the room was spacious. The entire place is very well kept and clean. There is parking on-site which was great. Everyone that worked there was super friendly. I will be coming back to this hotel in the future!

The hotel was lovely. Just outside the old center of Lucca, a short walking distance. The breakfast was really good. The room was nice (the windows were small on our floor even though we paid for a larger room). Overall, it is worth not worrying about staying in the ZTL. I was in Lucca 25 years ago when that wasn’t an issue and had a lovely hotel in the historic center but now that it is an issue, this is a good alternative.

One of our favorite hotels in Italy. Great value but even more great hotel. The room was so quiet, clean and comfortable bed. The ac/heat was perfect. The staff check-in were so nice. Also the breakfast was very enjoyable along with friendly staff.

Great location just on the outside of the city walls, easy walking into town to explore. 10mins walk to the train station too. We had a small room (intentionally for 1 night at the Lucca Summer Fest). It was good. The bed was very comfortable & the shower was also good. We would come back, but would upgrade the room. Breakfast was good, not loads of choice but the cappuccino’s kept flowing as we requested them!

Staff 100% Customer Focused. Breakfast good. But not excellent. They offer it as a 4 star hotel, but it is a regular 3 star hotel for an european standard. Tiny bathroom and elevador. Money for value: to expensive. More than 300 euros per day is really too much for this hotel!!!
