"The reception area or front room/breakfast area dated, shuts at 8pm if you want a tea/coffee then you come here not in room, we did at 10pm but felt very uncomfortable like in somebodys house, no choice on coffee only expressio, no milk, had to find it. The room feels depressing like a panic room with the massive six bolt door, walls bear, stupid hats hanging over a very uncomfortable bed, again didnt get what they was trying to achieve."

"It was overall pretty good. my boyfriend and i only stayed 2 night but we have a good time. it’s close to the trains station and very convenient. it also had a bath tub with is a comfort from home i’ve been missing so big plus on that. breakfast was a hotel breakfast to say the least. not my favourite but got the job done. the staff were very kind and accommodating. "

"Hotel is very good quality and very well positioned for all amenities and transport. However they can improve on their breakfast facilities and options. Very small selection at breakfast and area is very small and congested for comfort. Also there was no drinking water provided in the room which is unacceptable for a four star hotel."

"Easy walking to major tourist sites. We had trouble parking as a festive day. But Stephanie gave us resident pass for 10Euro/day so we parked near room. Beautifully presented room, towels wrapped in ribbon. Shower a bit small but normal for Italy. Would've liked fresh foods for continental breakfast rather than all packaged. However adequate and plenty. Two days not long enough...beautiful Verona"

"The property is located next to the train station which was handy for our onward travel. The bus station is also very close and a short journey to the centre of Verona. The beds were hard but otherwise comfortable. Staff at reception were happy to provide drinks from the small bar when asked. The continental breakfast offered wasn't bad. All om a good stay in Verona. "
