The hotel is perfectly situated between the rail station and centre of Verona (10 minutes walk either way). However, it's what I'd describe as a gadget place where to turn the lights on/off and raise/lower the blinds you had to do it on a screen. Instructions on how to do this would be beneficial. The hotel provides air conditioning but you have to ask reception for it to be turned on (we only found this out when we asked how to put it on) and you've no way off turning it off afterwards without presumably ringing reception. For me, that defeats the object of the hotel controlling it.

The property is well situated to the centre of town and L'Arena of Verona. It is also a short walk to the train station and therefore great for day trips in the area. Plenty of dining options just outside the front door and quite peaceful in the evening. The staff was exceptional and very willing to help with any questions that I had.

Hotel is convenientlty located close to the train station, easy transportation to the station and hotel. Close to many sites. Would definitely stay here when we come back to Verona. Rooms are clean and renovated.

Warm and cosy room, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast .. a little bit of traffic noise, own balcony was nice, halfway between station and arena … would recommend and would return… thank you for a good time
