Infos zum Check in wurden kurz vor der Anreise gut durch Luigi beschrieben. Zimmer für einen kurzen Städtetrip gut. Haus sehr hellhörig. Zur Arena beträgt der Fußweg ca. 5 Minuten.

Our room was simple and spacious with excellent air conditioning. The bed was comfortable and we were close to the shared bathroom. The best thing was the amenities available on the first floor. There was a coffee machine and a cold water dispenser for which we were very grateful. Another nice touch was the bowl of sweets. It is very close to the old city and only a 15 minute walk from the railway station.

If you dont want to ruin your holiday dont stay here. The property is a mess,everything is old and rusty,bed bugs ,matrass and pillow are very old and smells horrible The owner is very rude,for a simple question about the city tax he was very rude through the messages, i have all the evidences. The sewage smell was unbearable

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Vicolo 22. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und alles war gut organisiert. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Besonders gut hat mir die zentrale Lage gefallen – das Stadtzentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würde gerne wiederkommen.

host was rude, not suitable for a host, after writing the wrong room number on the envelope, he came at 10pm to argue with my 70 year old mother that she had taken the wrong room, he only realized just after the couple who should have had my mother's room got a room with a single bed and then they called him and he came and banged on the door and started yelling at my mother, I should mention, his mistake was allocating the wrong rooms, it's very messy, the toilet lid fell off, rusty plugs, it's miserable, sewage smell from the bathroom, bad experience

Gorgeous, rustic and traditional Italian house, in a great location close to the centre. The room itself was spacious and could easily accommodate up to 4 people, so there was lots of space for a solo traveller. Using the shared bathroom was easy too and this was again a generous size. Only thing to mention is that the bathroom lock/key wasn’t great and I did get stuck for about 20 minutes. Other than this, the perfect place for a short Italian getaway.

Das Haus hat keinen Aufzug, also nicht für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität. Mit schweren Koffern dabei ist auch etwas unbequem.

Overall, it’s good for the price — I’d give it a 4.4 if that were an option. The only downside is the soundproofing, which could definitely be improved, especially if you’re a light sleeper.

Até ao momento de check-in não tinha informações nenhumas, quando cheguei a casa liguei e mandei mensagem e fiquei mais de 30 min à espera. Não há estacionamento gratuito nas redondezas (apenas não se paga durante a noite, entre as 20h noite e 8h manhã) e na rua é muito difícil encontrar. O anúncio refere um microondas partilhado, que quando questionei disseram ser um erro. A internet estava sempre a ir abaixo e com má ligação. Durante a estadia fui comunicando com o responsável sobre estas dúvidas, que respondeu sempre de forma rude e pouco disponível. Não aconselho o local

Per la posizione, il prezzo e la camera in sé per sé avrei dato anche 4 stelle perché il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto valido! Purtroppo, non mi è possibile farlo in quanto ho trovato degli ospiti indesiderati (cimici dei letti) sul mio guanciale e su un altro letto! Ho raccontato del fatto al proprietario che gentilmente si è prontamente scusato e con disponibilità ha detto che provvederà ad una nuova disinfestazione. Spero che questa volta le cimici verranno definitivamente debellate perché non è stato piacevole passare tutta la notte seduta su una sedia piuttosto che nel comodo letto!! Il fatto è che solo una volta arrivata in albergo, leggendo un avviso affisso sul muro del corridoio, ho appreso che la struttura, nel corso del 2025, afferma di aver effettuato una disinfestazione dalle cimici e relativo cambio dei letti mentre in fase di prenotazione non era stato fatto presente nulla. In ogni caso, il proprietario è stato cordiale nella comunicazione.
