"We had an excellent stay. Everything from checking in to checking out was top-notch. This was a great location and all the sites were walkable. Would definitely stay here again."
"Location cannot be beat. Lots of space. Well decorated. Good amenities. One minisplit air-conditioner over the front door does not work well, the one in the bedroom/library does work well. The showerhead should be decalcified or replaced."

"The facilities and the room is amazing. The front desk people with special mention to Lorenzo, who did an extra mile to search for me at the square amongst the crowd, just to inform me updates on the store he recommended to check regarding my inquiries on certain products whilst at the front desk. They also presented me a birthday champagne. The hotel is a vintage 17th century building which was formerly a castle built in 1450. "
"Extremely difficult getting to the property. If you are a 1st time driver or new driver to Italy it may be very tough getting through the crowded streets to the front of the hotel. Another downside was when the car is valeted you have to tell the front desk at least an hour prior to get your car out. Totally ruined plans one morning not knowing this. Other than that front desk is extremely helpful, rooms are nice, and the hotel is in a great location with plenty to do and eat around the hotel. "
"The hotel is convenient to the important sites, since it is located about a block and a half from the Duomo. Driving and parking is a struggle in that area but the hotel staff provided a convenient work-around that made things much easier. In this and many other things the staff were very helpful. "
