It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"This property is absolutely beautiful and amazing! If you want to relax while enjoying a beautiful scenic view, this is for you. If you want to walk around and explore, you can do that too. The staff are incredible and treated us very well. The shuttle to and from the hotel is a great amenity. The only complaint that we have is that the bedroom walls are a little thin and you can hear neighbors if you have them. Other than that, everything else about this place is awesome. "A beautiful hotel located approx 25 min walk from ponte vechio bridge. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice. Pool area clean. 2 shaded areas about 6 sun beds were out when we were there plus deckchair type seats. You are given a towel to use by the pool on arrival.
