The staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful! The room was excellent with great air conditioning! The breakfast was great and we were provided to go bags for days we had tours and our early flight home.

Our suite was perfect! The staff were attentive, helpful, and engaging! The space was intimate and not overly congested. The location was perfect being in the heart of the shops and the amazing Ponte Vecchio bridge and within walking distance of many museums. The breakfast every morning was a festival of flavors and all well prepared. I highly recommend this place!!!

What a fantastic hotel, ideal location, and absolutely wonderful staff. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend others to do so as well.

Hotel was perfect. Located steps from the Ponte Vecchio. Quiet area steps away from the heart of Florence. Walking distance to all the “must see” points of interest. Staff was so helpful. The daily breakfast had so much to choose from. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to anyone I know going to Florence.

I don't usually leave reviews but this hotel deserves one! The staff were amazing, the rooms were spotless and spacious and I felt so comfortable I could walk barefoot without a second thought. And the shower? Incredible water pressure—I could honestly stay in there for hours! And when I asked for some ice, they brought me a bucket big enough for about 12 people. Talk about going above and beyond! Such a great stay!
