"The Hotel grounds are beautiful. The staff were incredible. I booked this to celebrate getting engaged earlier that day. The staff was very kind and just as happy as we were. I am very confused by the negative reviews. This hotel was incredible. We did the set course dinner and it was great. Many unique foods we never would have tried. The breakfast buffet was great. I would recommend staying 2 nights here to fully enjoy the amenities. 10/10 if we come back go Hakone we will stay here again."

"Nagoya is not a touristic city and the staff has no information about restaurants, a map with interesting places to go. I suggest also to have the address in Japanese characters for the taxi."
