"I enjoyed my stay. Hotel was clean, beautiful and well maintained. I had a bad experience with a night check in person that was rude and unpleasant other than that I had no issues with anyone else or anything. Other than that one issue, I enjoyed my stay."

I was there during the World Cup, so NYC was crowded and the hotel was too. The elevators were a bit of a hassle because of this, but didn’t detract from a very good stay. "The hotel was really nice. Very convenient to lots of things it was a bit noisy but nothing that a sound machine can't fix. We did book 2 rooms and one of them was far superior to the other. They were the same category. We did ask for rooms together so I am sure that is why they gave us those. The only thing to note is they do charge a daily fee of $45 (amenities fee). We did not use the amenities but most all hotels nowadays charge that. And park yourself do not let the hotel do it. ...
