"Booked 5 nights here. Arrived after check-in time; there was no key in the lock box. It was Ninety degrees & needed the bathroom. Went to the mall for a/c and toilet. Called the Owner, they said key was on its way- some mix-up. Told them we’d be at the mall; expected a call when key was ready; wasn't ..."
