"Staff was not pleasant. On the way to our room was a trail of blood that lead from the ground floor up to our room on the 2nd floor. Cleaning crew passed over multiple times and never cleaned it up. Our door was unlocked when we entered and the safe was broken. Very disappointed "

"I would not recommend staying at this Inn. The property is cute and maintained but most importantly is the rooms. Our rooms was run down, the fridge was gross and not our hair in the tub or on the floor. I did like the 4 pillows per queen beds."

"We stayed at Hotel Katerina during Chico Family Weekend with a group of 10, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The hospitality truly stood out, everyone made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything throughout the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond with their kindness and helpfulness, which made traveling with a larger group so much easier. The gym was state of the art and pool relaxing and a perfect place to relax. Overall, a 10/10 stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"It’s been four days since I checked out still never got my deposit back."

"Staff was very pushy about not damaging furniture or staining towels, even asked us to make it to the bathroom if we needed to vomit. Never had that spill checking into a hotel. Toilet wouldn’t flush, air conditioner didn’t work. Killed two cockroaches in bathroom. Transients in parking lot. Booked a king bed, got two double beds. "
