"parking was easy the room was very dirty, we went to Wal-Mart and bought sleeping bags so we wouldn't have to lie on dirty sheets the floor was so sticky my shoes stuck to it"

"The check-in was quick and efficient. Our room was reassigned because we brought a small, 16 lb miniature dog, and had to be put in a room that was special for peoplevwith pets. We were told so the room could be specially cleaned in case of allergies. Interestingly that other people brought pets that were larger and given rooms on floors on other levels. We were traveling with family so we would have liked to have adjacent rooms. Our dog is well trained and does not have accidents, or chew on things or destroy things."

"Room was disgusting - the floor was sticky, there were cobwebs, parts of the floor were coming up, mirror was dirty, walls had visible dirty marks, there was a leftover syringe cap on floor. When I went to the front desk, they attendant said she could re clean it. At that point, i asked for a refund. I couldnt stay there with it being so gross."

"Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Social hour includes a drink, chips, salsa & salad. Breakfast was okay. They have 2 EV charge stations."

"The Best Western is our go-to when we visit friends and family in Chico. It's clean, centrally located, and has an outdoor pool. The complimentary breakfast includes lots of options. My kids love the waffles."

"The host was very generous to give us permission to bring 2 dogs. We really appreciated that, but there wound up being a lose fence post and our dogs got out of the yard and one of them almost got hit by a car because this house is on a busy street. The host wasn’t able to come out and fix it, so we fixed it ourselves. Other than that, everything was great."

"The bathroom in the rooms had a very foul sewage smell coming from it. It was difficult to use the bathroom. Also the shower heads water pressure was very low."
