"I dont have anything bad to say. I was given an easy early check in. All staff was amazing and friendly from the front desk, housekeeping, bartender, foodservice, everyone. Our stay was amazing. Our room was clean, extra blankets and pillows provided in the room. The breakfast buffet each morning was hot and different. The bartender and drinks were great. I have no bad reviews. I will recommend this hotel and definitely stay here everything im in chico."

"Hotel Diamond is my go to When in Chico. Perfect location near downtown businesses. The restaurant and bar are nice options for meals and after hours relaxation. Nice rooms as well."

"This place is clean, and the staff is very attentive Especially Terri she is welcoming and friendly."

"It was literally the absolute bare minimum of quality you could ask for in that area I guess. The linen is most definitely questionable. My friend and I are pretty sure we encountered bugs in the room. Bed was very itchy, it smelled of damp mold. Yea we stayed there because it was what we were able to quickly book for one night as we were getting to know the city better. Respectfully, I won’t be returning to this facility for the multitude of reasons. Last one being the eerie uncomfortableness...

"It’s worth what you pay, the room was fine but there was dog food left on the floor and stains on the sheets. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay."

"Thank you."

"Front desk very professional."

"Clean room and friendly staff"

"Transients break into the rooms all the time because the room i got someone took a shower left the rag used. Coffee pot was used. And the bed the sheets were dirty. The bathroom is how they would get in. I hope they upgrade"
