"Check in was easy, hotel, grounds and room were clean. Large room, large bathroom, shower leaked until I pulled really hard on the faucet handle. One of two elevators was out of service. The food for the rooftop bar that came up from the ground floor kitchen and the maids carts had to use that one elevator with the hotel guests. Staff in the rooftop bar was inexperienced young college students who didn't know to bring utensils napkins nor plates to the table when we had ordered food. Also dropped the bill at the table in a Check Presenter without a pen. Food was thoughtfully prepared hotel food."

"It was so helpful to have a 24/7 front desk since we arrived late. The young man at the front desk was very professional. The rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. Super comfy beds and pillows. Ample parking and and easy to find right off I-5. Appreciated the extra security with access to rooms inside a hallway reached from a locked outside door. Lots of amenities: mini frig w/ freezer, microwave oven, good-sized table with two chairs, breakfast (make your own waffles, assorted pastries…), laundry facilities, right next door to Love’s Travel Center…and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again!"
