"Honestly it looks nothing like it does online the staff weren't that great my key wasn't working for me to get in my room and the staff thought it was funny when it wasn't their doors dont even lock that great I was afraid it was just me and my kids for my grandma's services my husband couldn't make it I didnt feel safe at all and my kids didnt either I wont be staying there anymore"

"Might as well say that breakfast is NOT included..... Bananas were green, only two dry cereals and a waffle maker. And coffee, but no decaf coffee...... that's it. One of the worst I've even seen.... "

"Door lock had to be reprogrammed, toilet kept running, and a loud dripping noise coming from overhead which did not allow me to sleep. Maintenance never showed up to address any of these issues! The manager was nice, but overall, a terrible stay"

"It is a very nice new hotel. love the walk in shower and large bathroom. Bathrobes were a plus and so nice. The balcony is not a balcony, it should state standing room only, but nice to open the sliding glass door. The padded bench seat in the room is very uncomfortable and the room need a better seating arrangement, another comfortable chair. The bed was nice and housekeeping needs to pay attention to what needs to be restocked."

"The beds have rather uncomfortable comforter covers made from a crinkled synthetic fiber that you inevitably have next to your face. The breakfast is about what you'd expect from a mid-price hotel chain, but I was astonished on the second day that they had no caffeinated tea whatsoever. Lots of decaf Earl Grey, but none of the regular kind."
