"I wasn’t under the impression that there is so much renovation going on at the hotel. The first impression as you walk into reception was bar concrete floors and uneven. I was sporting a fractured elbow with having to wear a sling, with the floors under reservation it didn’t feel safe. Tge room we had the air conditioning didn’t work and there was an electric fan which was extremely noisier and sounded like it was going to pack up at anytime. "Dean C. was wonderful and great to meet. He runs a amazing ship here! This place is special and wonderful for any length of time. The secret spot is the Garden. You’ll have to see it to believe it. Because of that garden, I will never stay any place else in London!!!!!!! The staff is so nice. Every single person is so sweet. Anything you need they’re there for you at any moment. The the bar with egg whites, and gin… ask for it it’s the best you’ll be hooked. Breakfast in the morning...
