"No complaints. I had to check out very early at 4am and the older gentleman even came out to open the gate for me. Superb staff"

"It’s a great location. The hotel is older and not air conditioned. The restaurants don’t have great food but have a good view"

"For my first stay at the Millennium, I was kindly upgraded to a better room, which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and overall very clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as I noticed a few short black hairs, which was a little disappointing. The TVs could also do with an upgrade to include streaming services such as Netflix. Having only standard TV channels felt quite limited, especially when spending time in the room in the...

"Helpful, polite staff, great location"

"Disappointing experience. Chaotic and confusing check-in. Inefficient receptionist who opened the conversation insisting that the only rooms available were at the back of the hotel. Then proceeded to let me know that I had to choose the floor and room number, with no context or additional information. The room was small, musty and hot. We spent as little time there as possible. "My room was nice & I appreciated the electric kettle & separate coffee pot. I was also pleased to find included washcloths! A definate plus since I stayed at Hilton Garden near Heathrow on my return home & learned the hardway that washcloths are a "special" request item. The only thing missing was a clock in the room, which meant i had to rely on my cellphone for an alarm"

"موقع الفندق ممتاز ، لكن الفندق لا بأس به"

"Room has been recently redecorated. Lovely big bed, nice bedding. The bathroom was exhausted though....very difficult to turn the shower on as the knobs are hanging on by a thread, and no hot water at 9am on a Saturday morning."

"Great location- just a couple of blocks from the Underground’s District line, which goes to major tourist sites. Beautiful property and good food on site."

"The location is great (near so many tube stations), the lobby comfortable and the breakfast excellent."
