"I liked very much the facilities cleanliness, but overall the staff attention was kind and made my stay comfortable. I stayed with my dog (2nd floor is designated for pets) and the room was comfortable with very good AC, despite the high heat peak in Veracruz during my visit I enjoyed the room , teh resataurant, and the ppol very much. I highly recommend this Hotel for stay with children and pet owners."

"I stayed here couple of nights. Just the night before and after my flights from Mty to Ver. The first room we stayed was ok but smelled too much to fresh paint. The second time we were giving a room in floor 4, if I remember correctly. we could hear everything, I struggle to get some rest. The breakfast is good if you like mexican style meals."

"I pretty much like everything, except waiting to check in 45 minutes after 3pm because the room wasn’t ready, then they were going to give me a room without balcony after I had already paid for the balcony so I had to wait again, I had to ask for bathrobes and slippers that were supposed to be in the room, no magnifying mirror in the bathroom either, so lack of VIP service with the details, people were very nice, specially Israel at the Blue Bar , he was on it! "Great location, situated conveniently within Plaza Americas Shopping Mall to maximize your time. The fish tank near the elevator adds a delightful touch, and wheelchair access is available. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the restaurant offers a buffet with delicious dishes boasting excellent flavor. Moreover, the restaurant remains open until 11 p.m., with great atmosphere that patrons appreciate. It features a covered pool and a beach club. It's not necessary to use the car to get to the club or to the two shopping centers near the hotel. The hotel provides transportation to the first one, and you can walk to the second ones."
