"One of our favorite hotels and I usually book direct with the hotel. This time I booked through hotels and I did not receive complimentary parking or breakfast. When I spoke to the front desk, they provided me with complimentary parking but not breakfast. We did receive a room upgrade though so all was not lost. "

"This was a perfect hotel, it had everything we needed, it was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is quite a walk to the restaurants in town, although they do have a restaurant on site. It has a lovely pool and hot tub and has chairs and a fire pit outside. "
