This hotel had large rooms and the pool and hot tub were a hit. Close to amenities and for those travelling with dogs the walking paths behind the hotel made tending to puppy needs easy.
Really great hotel to stay at for a quick ski weekend. Only one hot tub available, despite the website showing pictures with 2 outside and 1 inside. The staff were really kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation to Jasper.

Dated accommodations but very clean, and the staff were all super friendly.
This Hotel is very Pet Friendly. Minor charge for having a pet but that’s fair for the extra cleaning. Noticed several other dog owners staying here as well Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of room to take them outside for walks. Will be back, couple of good restaurants within a 3 min walk. Part of the local Elk herd made an appearance across the street.
The staff were fantastic and very responsive. The rooms needed updating inside, worn carpet, not everything on the stove worked. The Cafe was only open a couple of times a day and I missed all of them.
The room was very clean and well kept. Very pleasantly surprised at the whole place given the number of years it’s been around. Staff pleasant and accommodating.

Property is showing its age. Cleanliness was good. Price is appropriate. Room temp was a bit too hot with limited ability to control temp.

Staff really good. Hotel is so hot. I was on third floor. It’s so hot with old heating system. Open windows all night. Waste of energy. But I stay there lots. Old relic of hotel but been there hundreds of times. Need to get indoor hottub running. Outside one always packed.
