"We stayed in a suite for a few nights with our two dogs. It was a great set up for pets and our room was equipped with bowls and two pet beds. I called ahead to confirm that our room was actually pet friendly as we have had issues in the past booking “pet friendly” hotels through Expedia and then arriving to the hotel to only no-pet rooms available. They had a welcome note with our dogs’ names, treats, and extra poop bags in the room for us when we arrived. The hotel had lots of areas to take your pets out and even had treats for sale in the main office. The suite itself was great with a fireplace and lots of space. The restaurant attached to the hotel also has a pet friendly patio which was really lovely. The rooms and the heating/cooking system are a bit dated but the room was really clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again."

"This is the most “hotel feeling” hotel I’ve stayed in in Edmonton for a decent price. You know that feeling you used to get when your parents would take you to a hotel when you were a kid? That’s this hotel… magic "

"Our room was dark and a dungeon. Our carpet had spots where there were clearly leaks coming from somewhere. Our bathtub had hair in it. Kids running up and down the halls playing Nicky Nicky nine door. The pool and hot tub were so packed with kids from a sport team that we couldn’t even get in. They stayed in there till 10pm. The next morning was quieter so we had a chance to get in. But we only staying in for 5 minutes. The sun shone on the water and all we could see was an oily film, toe jam floating and even a fake nail. Cookie smashed on the stairs to the pool from the night before. The floor was disgusting. Clearly they don’t have a pool person. The cleaners that clean the rooms must only have time to upkeep that area as well seems like. Will never stay there again. "
