This is a cute little hotel, the shower was amazing, beds comfortable, tv was good allowing you to stream your own services (Netflix etc), the pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. Overall a nice little stay

Great apartment for our group, had everything we needed. Everything was very clean. Check in and out was quick and easy. Had an issue with inconsiderate neighbour's, staff moved us to a new room far away, very professionally dealt with.

I can definitely recommend this hotel for staying in Jasper. The room itself was very big and the bed+ sofa bed were cozy. The service was extremely good and helpful. It can get a bit noisy depending on the other guests in the rooms but this is not a problem of the hotel. We had a lovely stay.

We stayed in the older part of the property. Our room was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, living room with a wood burning fireplace and a separate bedroom and bathroom. It had all been refurbished and was very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub / pool area and the meal we had at the restaurant was very good. Would definitely return here for a stay if we are fortunate enough to visit Jasper again.

Welcoming staff! Main floor motel room was very convenient, although no view, it was quiet. Was surprised by a nice fireplace and full kitchen! Property was older but well maintained and clean. Short walk to town made this a great location!

We had a loft room with a kitchenette. It was like a townhouse set up and had a deck with two chairs. Bed was in loft with the bathroom, dining and living space on main level. It had a ski lodging type feel Walking to the main streets of town was only about three blocks, Location made it easy to get one the TransCanadian Highway to visit different sites near Jasper. Plus it was only about 3 miles up to Pyramid Lake. The property is well maintained.

Great room, location, & property, BUT they need to have a better parking/room accessibility situation. Our room was on the lower level, so no elevator was available. That made it hard to move luggage back & forth from the car. And that's if you got a parking space near the closest door to your room.

The room itself was spacious and clean. The tub was on the small side but worked fine for us. We had an evening meal at the onsite restaurant and were placed in the bar area. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the food and drinks were lovely. We didn’t have breakfast. We used the coin operated laundry which was $2 per cycle and handy as it was a short walk from our room. We don’t use the pool but may have done if we had been staying longer. Parking was plentiful and free. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
