"I loved the city view I had outside my window, as well as how lovely the staff were despite how crazy busy they were. My overall stay was short and sweet but very accommodating. The parking on the other hand was a little bit of a hassle but past that it was a great stay. Will consider coming back for sure. "

"The carpet in the hallway leading to the elevators as in other reviews is bunched up, but other then that the rooms where clean and wonderful, the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was basic ( sausage, eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, toast, fruit bowl, and some apples and then juices and coffee) but hot and delicious way better than just a Continental breakfast. Pool, hot tub and steam room amazing and relaxing. We wanted to watch the oilers play( we came in to go to scream) in the lounge on the big screen and they put it on for us. "

"Such a lovely place to visit. The staff were exceptional and so friendly. Special thanks to Ella, Brandon and Paddy who truly made our experience just a little bit more special with great recommendations for places to visit and get food. The room was very clean and had everything you needed and there is SO much to do whether you stay at the park or explore the area (we saw 12 moose at Maligne Lake!). We felt really guilty coming to the area after the recent events of the wildfire but the locals remain really positive and passionate about their community which was truly inspiring to see. We cannot wait to visit again (hopefully soon!)"

"Hotel is older but overall clean. Front desk staff are nothing to rave about, maybe a little on the rude side. Did the trick for a weekend getaway but I would not go back. "
