"What a pleasant surprise! The tranquil setting, the super clean Lucille Manor with beautiful decor and the most comfortable beds. Check-in was super easy with the given instructions. My husband had trouble with the TV remote control but received the needed help immediately via text. Also found the proximity to the village useful. Definitely plan on returning!"

"It was a nice stay just my heater didn’t work when it was 37 degrees and when they changed my room either the shower didn’t work or they just didn’t teach me how to use it but other than that it was an amazing experience staff were great and helpful it was clean expected for the pool"

"One of the nicer places to stay in big Bear. Offer a decent breakfast. Two kinds of scrambled eggs, bacon one day the other day sausage. Fresh made pancakes, danishes, and toast. live music plays on Friday and Saturday nights from 6 to 9 in the on-site bar."
