"The house is in a nice and remote area. It is great to have morning coffee on the back deck and listen to all the peacefulness of nature. Same with looking at the stars at night of the back deck. The beds are quite comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are in very good condition. My group very much enjoyed their stay at Peter's place! Yosemite is an easy drive that can take from 45 minutes to an hour during our stay (late May)! "

"Great location, 30 minutes to Yosemite. House is well equipped with all the basics and very clean. Two gas fireplaces one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Great location near the river. One bedroom was very comfortable. "

"The panoramic, scenic view of the Sierra Nevada mountains in the distance is stunning. Despite the chill, several of us thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee on the back deck. One morning we awoke to a flock of turkeys foraging in the back area, only to have them return to the front yard several days later! "We had a great time during our stay. It was relaxing stay for us. Only thing was the stove is not level so everything you cook in the oven wi be burnt/ uneven. Also not enough towels and hand towels for the week. other than that we would come back again. "
