"Gary and Kimberly’s place is fantastic! Beautiful setting, great location in Oakhurst, close to Yosemite and Bass Lake. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a beautiful and well furnished place to stay. The facilities were great, and it was like a home away from home, and in some ways even better. We were all impressed at the thoughtfulness that went into making it such a pleasant place for guests. Nothing but kudos for this cozy family home. Highly recommended!"

"We had a nice stay and was not too far from Yosemite Valley. This cabin was better than I was expecting. It's big and had vaulted ceilings. We used the hot tub each night after a day of strenuous hiking up mountains. We also used the washer and dryer. The futon/pull-out couch in the living room was extremely comfortable. "Serenity home is so peaceful. The view is absolutely beautiful. The home is very spacious. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. The kitchen is spacious and plenty of cooking pans and utensils. "We were booked in the classic cabin and the mountainside cabin... both were clean and convenient with easy access for visiting yosemite park, as well as for attending a wedding reception held at cedar lodge. The kitchenettes did not have an oven, so we improvised using the microwave. The AC in the classic cabin did not seem to be working but we had brought a big fan so managed ok during the hot days. We would stay here again!"

"Oakhurst is an older place, but it has large rooms with clean, comfortable beds for a reasonable price, which is just what we needed after hiking all day. It also has a nice pool and a surprisingly good free breakfast. The only negative is probably the old fashioned air conditioner. It works great, but you can't set a temperature; you just set it to warmer or colder on a dial, and it was a little hard to get it just right. The view of the property from the street isn't impressive, but it is just fine and a good deal for a trip to Yosemite! "
