"Rosanna is more than generous with what she supplies in her her beautifully decorated home. She was quick to respond to any of our questions and made us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed the location. Day trips to nearby towns such as Polignano a Mare and Monopoli were easy with the local bus routes. The bus stops can be a bit difficult to locate, would definitely recommend using the maps provided by Rosanna. Castellana Grotte itself is a beautiful town, we found everyone to be so friendly...

"On arrival the lady said that we didn't have a booking and that there was no availability this is quite typical in Italy. So we were fortunate to have a print-out of the confirmation and showed her. The apartment is nice and clean. The air con doesn't work to well. The drain hose goes to a bucket under the bed. It made a funny noise then covered me in water. Other than that she was friendly. But typical Italian things are unorganized and late. "

"We had a fun night in the trullo at Torre Due Pani. It’s not a luxury hotel. The room is quite small, but we found the bed comfortable. The bathroom is small as well and has a wet shower. The owner was very hospitable and breakfast was good. It’s outside of the nearest town by a bit so a car is essential. If you want to try something different, this might be a good pick. "
