"This property is fantastic. The living space inside as well as outside as been decorated beautifully. The property has a large pool area as well as wonderful sitting area outside. It is close to lots of beaches and other towns. We loved staying at this property and I would highly recommend it."

"A good, decent place to stay at in the region and be able to explore it from there. Nothing fancy, but very clean, run by friendly and professional people. You will not regret unless you are maybe looking for luxury. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here, the villa is remote, you do need a car, and the roads are quite narrow when first approaching... but once youve navigated the roads a few time they offer little difficulty. The accomodation is charming, rustic but somehow has everything you need, the wifi is exceptional and the pool is a god send in the heat we had. 38 most days!! The villa gives you a true puglian experience, and makes you slow down a bit, long breakfasts by the pool, afternoon swims when the heat was to much and evenings listening to crickets whilst we ate, Our kids loved this place and often went on lizard hunts around the grounds. Places are nearby, castellena 8 minutes drive, alberbello 15, monopoli 25, locotorondo 25 etc. We didnt want to leave, and we will happily come back again if you will have us?!?!?! Communicating was easy, we had good contact from david before we went, and on the morning he called to confirm our number was correct. Aleandro his man in italy was communicating with us and was available if we needed him, he even came to our rescue when we blew a tyre in castellena on a sunday afternoon! Thank you!"

"We stayed for a week here at this beautiful home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and well maintained as is the surrounding property. There are many amenities (pool, tennis, table tennis, basketball) to enjoy plus a couple of nice areas to sit outside and eat or enjoy the evening. While Italy was extremely hot during our stay, the pool and the AC in the bedrooms kept us cool. I would highly recommend this house for a relaxing, family focused holiday that is still within short distances to a few wonderful towns."

"Rosanna is more than generous with what she supplies in her her beautifully decorated home. She was quick to respond to any of our questions and made us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed the location. Day trips to nearby towns such as Polignano a Mare and Monopoli were easy with the local bus routes. The bus stops can be a bit difficult to locate, would definitely recommend using the maps provided by Rosanna. Castellana Grotte itself is a beautiful town, we found everyone to be so friendly and loved every minute of our stay. Thanks Rosanna for making our holiday so special."

"We just returned from a week in Puglia. The home is centrally located so it is easy to take driving trips to Matera, Bari, Polignano a mare, and several other places. The home is extremely clean and well equipped. The rooms are air conditioned. Salvatore truly makes you feel at home. He gave us tons of good advice about what to do and where to go. He was extremely easy to communicate with. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat."
