We had a beautiful stay. The hotel was perfectly located, right in the town square in the middle of all of the action. Our room was massive with a beautiful balcony. Highly recommended for your stay in Monopoli!

Great location with friendly and helpful staff. Street parking was available very close by, which made arriving by car easy. The room was comfortable and the location was excellent for exploring Monopoli on foot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the location and staff.

Very nice 3-night stay. Room was a good size and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the terrace overlooking the square, though a bit noisy in the evening with loud music from the square up to midnight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good restaurant though breakfast was in the restauarant next to the hotel where the menu was slightly limited but very pleasant outside in the sunshine.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was great that front desk was available 24/7. Location is also great, with the main streets, shops and waterfront nearby. Train station was also only about a 12 minute walk away which was very convenient to be able to explore nearby towns. Rooms are a little small, especially the shower but overall still comfortable. Rooms and hotel main areas were clean and well maintained.

I had a wonderful experience at Palazzo Indelli. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic area of Monopoli. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and has a beautiful, lively atmosphere. I also really appreciated all the help and kindness I received from the reception staff. They were very welcoming and made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Palazzo Indelli to anyone visiting Monopoli.

Lovely hotel in the centre square of Monopoli. We stayed two nights. The city was quite busy which made finding a table a little tricky particularly as we are not fish eaters. We ate at the hotel on the second night and we both had an excellent meal. We parked our Audi Q7 at Sa Ma private parking at €25 per night. Quite tight but the team were very helpful and the car felt safe. Definitely a hotel and car park we would return to.

Great property in a super easy, convenient location! Walk right out the door into the square filled with cafes & shops! We paid to park in the private garage & Vito took us everyday to retrieve it & back it out of the right space. He was amazing. A good continental breakfast…but if you get there late they don’t seem to replenish once items are gone, so get there earlier than later. Front desk staff were very nice & spoke good English which was helpful of course.

Great location, excellent food and wonderful staff. My only negative was the room. We had the family room for 4 and it was a bit tight. The way the bathroom is set up is not good. The bidet was set up was right next to the shower, so it made it awkward getting in and out. The shower was uncomfortabley small and the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. The mattress and pillows were rock hard and it caused pain in my neck and shoulders. For this reason, I would not stay here again.
