"We really enjoyed our stay at Ostuni Palace Hotel Ristorante & Spa. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of Ostuni right outside the hotel and only about a 10-minute walk to the historic centre.
Our room was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was surprisingly large, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, and breakfast was very good with a great selection.
Another big plus was the free parking, which made having a car in Ostuni so much...
"The hotel has excellent parking facilities, which is important in Puglia where parking can be challenging and confusing!
Hotel itself is 10-15 minute walk to old town, which is fine and has a nice rooftop terrace bar and restaurant.
Rooms are nice and comfortable, with good views over Ostuni (see photos).
Breakfast is fine.
The only negative is it is €40 to use the indoor pool (in the spa) which seemed expensive!"
"The Pool closes at 7 PM, so you can't expect a dip in the Pool after that. No towels were available for deck chairs, so you have to walk all the way back to reception and ask for a Towel Card! ( A nuisance) And they didn't hand out a Towel Card or mention it at check-in. When I asked about ordering a bottle of Wine from their Wine list, The Only time you can order a bottle of Wine is at 7:30, when the main buffet restaurant opens. I got there 5 minutes early to order a bottle and had to wait 20...
"Staff were very nice. Unfortunately the pool was closed for the season, had we known that we would have booked somewhere else. Also it was pretty far removed from the city, and we required a taxi to go anywhere. Restaurant had very limited selections, but what we did order was good."
"Very good stuff, courteous and helpful, excellent breakfast, excellent location, very clean comfortable room,
Add to the above free parking and you have absolutely nothing to complain about."
"We were independent travellers not part of a group but this hotel mainly seemed to cater for large groups. It's a great location for exploring the area but a car is needed. The rooms are ok, clean, good bathroom, bed a bit hard but generally ok for a few days. (Sadly our room overlooked the pavilion where parties took place several times and this made it very noisy until late. There was no warning from staff or any kind of apology.) Breakfast was adequate but often cleared away by 9am despite...
"We loved our stay! The breakfast buffet was incredible, the room was very clean and we loved just relaxing poolside. Would definitely recommend this Masseria to anybody in the area!"
"Amazing location and beautiful hotel.
We had the room with private tub which was heated and that was awesome for the late summer trip.
The grounds are also beautiful to walk around.
Very romantic hotel."
