"This is a lovely spa - amazing people who run the hotel. In the shoulder season of October - it's not a super busy area and feels a little isolated. For spa treatments - superb! If you are looking for walking restaurants or any shopping - this is not the area. This is truly a 'spa' and so enjoy their many many treatments - because they really cater to you. Then take a taxi to the other areas for food, activity, shopping:)"

Extremely kind staff, to put it lightly - everyone was so friendly and helpful. Also - small potatoes compared to the other things - but the best quality breakfast I've had at any hotel. "

"Terrible service , especially by restaurant manager Dzhuzeppe. He tried to overcharge us for dinner and guests did not like him because of his hospitality style. Not friendly, no coffee maker in the room, terrible breakfast, same menu daily. Terrible plastic cups, the cheapest possible plastic."
