"We absolutely loved this property. It’s beautiful. We stayed in a Junior suite with large balcony overlooking some of the pools (there are a lot of pools with varying degrees of heat.) The staff was helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel at home! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Everything was perfect! "Terrible service , especially by restaurant manager Dzhuzeppe. He tried to overcharge us for dinner and guests did not like him because of his hospitality style. Not friendly, no coffee maker in the room, terrible breakfast, same menu daily. Terrible plastic cups, the cheapest possible plastic."
