From the arrival to the dinner / breakfast the team is extremely professional.
Shout out to Christian whom on our arrival late with no luggage was super helpful !
Great location and thanks for the upgrade
Check in was a wonderful experience after stressful transportation to get to the hotel. Staff was very accommodating and helped us arrange an airport car transfer the following day and walked us to the ATM when requested.
The hotel was great! Rooms were clean and on the modern side for Italy. Staff were helpful and spoke perfect English. Breakfast options were solid. The location is slightly out of the way in terms of not being right in the thick of the touristy area near Caffe Grambius but in good walking distance. This area Chiaia was quiet and upscale. The area right above it called Vomero was very posh and lovely to walk around.
The best things about this hotel are the views from your room and the amazing breakfast. The pastries, bread, meat, cheese, and fruit selection was incomparable. It’s a long walk down and up the hill if you want to get to the shore but well worth it.

Besides the giant yellow stain hidden by a case, the pillows were so uncomfortable that I slept on towels. The sheets were very scratchy and the room had gnats. The toilet was stuck in a constantly running position when we finally got into our room. Instead of changing us, we were made to wait for maintenance or offered a downgraded room. Everything is an up charge from the gym, the food, the pool, breakfast, and even coffee. Absolutely not worth the money. There is a nice view of the ocean but not a walkable location.
We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were very accomodating and professional. The rooftop restaurant was beautiful and the food and drinks were very good.

Clean room, this is not a hotel with a free pool. Need to pay for small jacuzzi,
Bags not put in our room after check in prompt manner.
Bed comfortable
Safe did not work in room
Would not stay in Naples unless you have a early flight
Not a five star hotel by any stretch
The staff at the hotel were very accommodating from the minute we checked in until check out. We only stayed one night before heading to another city but we were thrilled with the accommodations. Large, well appointed rooms, very clean and modern. The rooftop area was gorgeous with views of the water. Dinner and breakfast were very good with a nice variety on the menu.
One of my favorite hotels while visiting the area but a little far from tourist locations of interest (not walkable). Restaurant and lounge area views were so nice and loved everything about the room.
The hotel is well-designed, meticulously maintained, and the staff is very responsive. When we pointed out that we were given a room that didn't match the description on Expedia website, the manager immediately made it right, even though it it seemed the error was Expedia's, not the hotel's. We really appreciated that level of service.
