Our room had an electric fire which was very useful as the weather was cold for June. Overall it was an old quirky character full property with really friendly owners. We would come again if in the area."

"Clean comfortable and very quiet. Not noticeably busy at all. Rather dated interior & no food served at the hotel. No breakfast lunches or evening meals despite notices outside saying hotel has a restaurant. It doesn’t. Nevertheless it offers reasonable comfortable sleeping accommodation and there are cafe’s & restaurants within a short distance. "
