"It was an amazing stay! Everyone could not have been nicer and really cared that we would have a good stay. We had very roomy accommodations. There was a village annual party that night being held at the Frattoria, which we went to. Rosella was worried that the original rooms she had assigned to us might prove to be too noisy; so she moved us to a different set of rooms. "It was a disconnect between Travelocity and the hotel about the room reserved. The hotel provided a room that was an economy type instead of a standard as reserved and would not change for reasons that they were fully booked even though I thought they were not. The hotel is far away from Florence and to reach you will need a car. The hotel is the only thing worth to see in town and the only restaurant available. The food was good but expensive."
