"Coconut walk staff needs to focus on cleaning the floor during breakfast, saw staff walk right over food on the floor. Tough to get a cup of coffee after being seated. Veronda breakfast service was excellent and we ate there most mornings."

"The resort was picturesque. The staff needs some improvements. After waiting over an hour after our check in time, i went back on line to be told that they will give me a room. We i arrived to the room the room was not what I paid for. I paid for an ocean view and was given a view of a big tree. I called the front desk and they apologized and fixed it.
