I absolutely recommend this resort, it is super kid friendly and safe. We have a family of 5 (3 kids under 8) and they all had a blast. There’s something to do for all ages. We stayed in a one bedroom ocean view and it was perfect, super clean and spacious. We will be returning next year.

The staff was always helpful and nice, and the resort was clean and luxurious. My only issue was the fee’s and charges that aren’t clearly stated. Plan on spending more than planned. Still worth it for the experience, but for a family of four, many things were just too expensive to do, on top of the extra cost of being there.

Hotel was amazing in its own glory I will admit some things in the hotel seem a bit out dated the mattress could’ve been more newer or comfortable and wished we had self opening doors at the lobby just adds a touch more of 21st century vibe other than that pretty amazing the balcony was huge which we appreciated it and the room was rally specious and my daughter and I absolutely loved the bathroom in the master bedroom and we did have a whole another full bathroom which also came in handy for my son. Over all very much recommend Hope to be back soon

We had an amazing stay at The Reef Atlantis\! We had an absolute blast from beginning to end\. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well\-maintained\. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable\. The resort is beautiful, there are so many fun activities, and the atmosphere is perfect for families or couples looking to relax and have fun\. We can’t wait to come back\. Our week at Atlantis was pretty much perfect. Room was clean and updated enough. Staff was very helpful. Beaches, pools, slides etc all available (but possibly bc we went in August during a less busy time). Some pools could definitely use an additional cleaning daily but it was nothing awful. Dining and meal options are high quality and abundant but overpriced.
