"Pretty basic room and the restaurant was closed. We were on a trip home from BC and it was our poorest room/meal, so disappointed with Jasper! We were looking for to eating at the Tonquin which was usually good. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub. Staff in the morning were good and the coffee/water was appreciated. Ate breakfast in Hinton-Smitty’s was very good!"

"A wonderful place to stay. Check-in and out was fast and easy. The rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. I would definitely be back."

"The ONLY negative thing I had to say was that I hated having to leave the building, just to go to the lobby LOL. Overall, it was a lovely place, staff were helpful and chill. We appreciated how hot the showers got too and how cozy the rooms were. Also being fairly close to the national parks was a plus."

"We loved the location, and everything at the lodge was lovely. The individual rooms and pathways to the rooms are a bit worn down and could use a bit of updating. Otherwise everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay to this unique place."

"Pool und Außenwhirlpool vorhanden"

"All staff were helpful and kind. Clean property! Loved the hot pools- perfect way to unwind after being out and about exploring all day. My mom was my +1 and she loved her visit and this place."

"We were married at Buffalo Mountain Lodge 26 years ago and the place is very well maintained. It is as wonderful and beautiful as it was then. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay."

"The pool/hottub had limited hours"

"Beautiful location, quiet. Rooms were modern and well appointed. All room face the lake."

"Loved the outdoor pool and hot tub as well as heated underground parking"

"Good breakfast, nice underground parking, walkable everywhere restaurants and shopping, Room was great and so was the hot tub."
