The best things about this accommodation were the epic views and the in-room fireplace. It’s beautiful and has lots of rustic charm. The food on-site was good and the service was excellent. As others have noted, the off-site parking is a little bit inconvenient.

The property was very relaxing, beautiful lake and scenery! Loved the wood burning fireplace. The food and bars were really awesome Only negative was getting our luggage to the room. Recommend using the staff for this task!

Awesome spot. Just so beautiful and a privilege to see such a beautiful lake. It would really take it to the next level if the property could be isolated from the hoards of tourists that also visit the lake and at times overrun the hotel grounds.

A wonderful remote stay with spectacular lake views from our room. The main lodge was incredibly warm and cosy, with a good selection of wines and a very nice evening meal. The breakfast buffet had a large range of high quality options and catered well for gluten intolerances. The room itself was large and comfortable, albeit quite dated with a small, relatively tired bathroom.

Loved the location amazing view accept when you wake up and there’s coach loads of people outside your room thought it was in a peaceful location but it’s not open to public who walk around taking photos should be mentioned when booking spoilt the relaxing part so many tourist

We had a great stay. The lake and area is beautiful. Our room was cozy and we loved the wood burning fireplace with the available wood. We ate in the lounge bar and the food was delicious.

Nice location by the lake but property is old and run down. Our deck was falling apart and seemed unsafe. Meals in the restaurant were very good and so was the hike around the lake

Given we were told we would not have a view for a standard queen, our balcony overlooked the lake (through a few trees) so were pleasantly surprised. Heating in room on constantly (although thermostat off on wall) and unable to contact reception late at night when it was too hot to sleep. Opened the door (no window to open) but not great security-wise. However, thoroughly enjoyed our stay with great evening meal and breakfast. Price for food in lounge reasonable - but that’s compared to UK prices!

This is luxury at its finest staying at the point cabin at Emerald lake lodge. It is our favorite stay of all time! Staff is friendly and food is excellent. Highly recommend!!

The cabins are a little dated but everything was clean and set up nicely. The shuttle was prompt and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing at the restaurant. The only thing that was a downer was the fact that there were properly vehicles driving past our window at all hours of the night.

Emerald lake lodge is a beautiful location right on the lake with real wood burning fireplace in the room. That was awesome! The restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. My only complaint was the parking situation. Overnight guests must park in a remote parking area and be shuttled to the hotel while day visitors can park close to the hotel. It should be the other way around so that overnight guests don’t have to wait for the shuttle which can only take 9 people at a time…and during peak times we had to wait 20 minutes for another shuttle. Otherwise, this place was beautiful and I highly recommend it.

Our stay was a dream come true. The restaurants were amazing, the cabin was perfect, and the staff was so nice. The lake was so beautiful, and it was one of the best spots we visited during our week long time in Canada. I could not recommend Emerald Lake Lodge more!
