"Good location, clean but small and bare room. Poor service and weak wifi. Sour little men working the luggage room. There’s always a line to the luggage"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"Affordable and very close to a metro station. The staff was very helpful and the place was very well maintained and clean. It comes with a laundry room and although it has communal bathrooms, it was very clean and posed no issue. The rooms were certainly small with no room for a chair and the only place to sit down was on the bed which is not very wide. It had a TV and only downside for me as there was no ice machine. I will definitely stay here again when in NYC and comfortable and felt...

"It was an okay stay, overpriced for the amenities they offer, front desk really needs to work on hospitality, zero friendliness, kinda like they hate that we're guests, that was the vibe i got."

"Very overpriced for what you get. They have the audacity to charge $30 per night resort fee payable upon arrival. Some people at the front desk were friendly; some were surly. The guy who took my luggage was very nice. The communal shower had scalding temperatures and was hard to turn down to a normal temp so I definitely wouldn't let kids use some. I suspect the temp is illegal. Bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well. Need hooks in room to dry towels. My room was quiet but TV...

"So hot out and AC was not efficient. Staff was not friendly or helpful. As a Hilton Honors member I was highly disgusted with whole place. Rooms were extremely small. No mention of 200$ extra fee that is placed on card until checkout. Had to wait 25 minutes for an elevator upon checkout and couldn’t use stairs due to luggage. Not happy at all!!!! Do not recommend!!!"

"Very clean and secured."

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"The room is clean and service is great"

"Rubbish hotel. When we got there we were told about a non-refundable amount taken per day which is utter nonsense. The rooms didn't even have a kettle or coffee machine nor did it even have water. The carpet was filthy and disgusting. I would never stay there ever again. I asked the reception for a weighing scale and was told to come down then the staff were so rude and not helpful at all. I ideally want my money back but they are so stingy I doubt it. I normally never leave bad reviews but I...

"great"

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Edison. All of the employees were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and I felt comfortable in there. The grab and go breakfast was delicious, I didn’t expect much but was pleasantly surprised by the options they had. I would definitely stay here again."
