"Lovely hotel, rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were polite and helpful the

facilities were a great bonus and were easy to access, clean and well maintained. We ate in the bar and the food was good too. The only thing extra would have been a hairdryer in the room but its not an issue, would recommend and would stay again. "

"My room was large, clean and had all the facilities needed accessed through the bar, few stairs and a long winding corridor with tatty threadbare carpet in places. Staff were friendly and polite, as was the breakfast. Enjoyed the jacuzzi, steam room and slightly too cold pool after a day of training. "

"Was staying on a business trip. Had a good hour of swimming in the large pool then steam room and sauna. The changing area is under renovation so was a bit confusing on how to get to the pool after changing but I am sure it will be great once completed. Had the hot tower of chicken wings and strips with nachos with a couple of beers, great food and service. Will stay again"

"Drove for 5 hours on day of check-in to receive an email telling me our booking was cancelled. Had emailed twice in the week leading up to it, the last the previous day to ask about checking in.Host claimed it was VRBO accepting booking, VRBO claimed host cancelled. We had the aggro of trying to find alternative accommodation and ended up 20 miles away. Atrocious service"
