I should mention that none of our windows were facing the back of the hotel as some reviews have complained about the traffic noise from that direction. "The property was nothing special, but it was clean and the staff were friendly. It is a good location within walking distance to downtown. Our room was quiet and there wasn’t a lot of people at the hotel so we were able to enjoy the pool and beach pretty much to ourselves. For the price of the hotel, it was just as I expected. "

"Great location near the beach, restaurants and convenience stores. We had a studio that opened onto the shared pool, which was nice to have in June heat. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The only minor issues were a couple of wooden doors, one in the bathroom that kept swinging in the way and the other the door into the studio that didn’t seem to close securely. Checking in was a little confusing as there are three different buildings, but staff were helpful in guiding us down the street...

"Costa Dorada is a beautiful condo/apt/hotel. I stayed in Suite 601A and had a nice room with a view of the ocean. The staff are very pleasant. The swimming pool is huge and was heated. I prefer a little cooler water temperature, but everyone was enjoying the pool. Theres a private beach area and Karen's Restaurant near it. I had most meals there. I highly recommend staying her. The price is very reasonable. "
