"Our second time here - we love the people and the property. Was a little loud at night this time - but we were in a different building and closer to the entertainment. Not a big deal for us, but I know there are other more quiet buildings, our new area though was so convenient that a little noise at night was fine and we would stay in the same room again. We will be back!"

"A time worn property, but well cared for. Much construction in area, and i heard this property will be shut in the spring to make way for more luxury condos or higher end accommodations. Sad to lose a modest option on this beautiful beach."

"The property itself was quaint as if the guest were almost a community. There were common seating areas to gather which guests did during our visit. The property was one block from many of the best restaurants in Bucerias and two blocks from the beach. The staff was very friendly as well. "
